Standard Terms and Conditions

A clear understanding of all terms and conditions of trading is an essential part of Style By Rayne dealings with clients. Please ensure that you have read and understood all of the conditions below. Provisional bookings can be held for a period of 24 hours from the point of contact before purchasing a service. This allows the client and the stylist to check and confirm availability.


There are no refunds. You may transfer your remaining services to another person at stylist’s discretion. 

Methods of Payment

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all services due at the time of booking.

Gift Vouchers are not refundable.

Full payment is required after first service. For example, if you’re service requires more than one day, payment must be made for full service after first service is rendered.

Payment can be made via Paypal, Chase Quick Pay, cash or by check.

On occasions services may be updated or altered. Please be aware that once a service has been purchased the service will be carried out in accordance with the information provided at the time of purchase.

Services are normally conducted between the hours of 9:30AM and 7:30PM, 7 days a week. However, under special circumstances sessions may be conducted out of these hours.

Shopping / Purchases

Breaks may be taken during the duration of the service, however these are not chargeable. Clients will be requested to pay for their own meals, snacks and beverage (3 hour service maximum break 20 minutes and for a 6 hour service maximum break 30 minutes).

All items purchased by the client are on a recommendation and suggestion basis only by the stylist.The stylist does not hold any responsibility with regards to the purchasing of items or shall not be held accountable for the return of faulty or unsuitable items.

The stylist shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction to materials, fastenings or accessories purchased by the client.

As all information is given on a personal recommendation and suggestion basis the client fully accepts this is how the service is conducted and given.


Additional charges will apply for travel to services scheduled outside a 20-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA. Every effort will be made to keep travel costs to a minimum. Clients will be advised in advance if travel expenses apply. Payments of travel expenses are payable on the day of the service or in advance added to the fee of the service.


In the event that a service requires rescheduling this can be done twice without a charge. However, further rescheduling after the second time will be charged at $25.00 per reschedule for all services.


All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service is due to take place. If more than 48 hours is given an administration fee of $20 will be added to your service fee (please refer to the specific service charges). If the cancellation period is less than 48 hours any refund will be at the discretion of the stylist. All cancellations must either be made via email or text.

The stylist reserves the right to make amendments to the scheduled service at anytime. This may be in the form of a cancellation, refusal to undertake the service or in a change to the scheduled date, time and location. The stylist is not liable for any consequential losses.


The stylist, Rayne Parvis, shall not be held liable for any costs, damages or losses allegedly incurred by the client or blog reader in any circumstances, including indirect loss.

Gift Packages

In addition to the standard terms and conditions the following clauses apply:

Once the gift holder has received their certificate a suitable time, date and locating will need to be arranged. Please contact Rayne via email at  in order to make the relevant arrangements.

All deposits/gift purchases are non-refundable. However, vouchers can be transferred to another person.

Certificate Expiry

All gift certificates are valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase.


If you are purchasing a service as a gift, you can arrange travel expenses on behalf of the recipient. Please make this known at the time of booking.
